Here are just some of the property maintenance and renovation projects we’ve carried out recently for our clients, demonstrating the wide range of activities we undertake.
Hampshire County Council
We stripped out and refurbished toilet cubicles for school premises on behalf of Hampshire County Council with a value of £12,000.
Hampshire County Council - Tiptoe School
- New vinyl non-slip safety flooring fitted;
- Installation of new Kitchenette area;
- New fitted carpet to hallways.


Network Rail
To design and construct a new concrete trackside part hollow plinth adjacent to rails to house a mechanical points changing machine, to include installation and set-up of points machine, purpose built steps onto plinth and safety handrails fitted to perimeter edge of plinth with 80mm thick decking fitted around points machine to form a safe working platform for points control operator and mechanics.
Network Rail - The Hub
- Design and construct new multi media partitions with satellite link-up, TV and console units;
- New flooring fitted;
- Fully decorated.


Lloyds Pharmacy
One Call constructed a £70,000 extension for Lloyds Pharmacy at their Ash Vale Aldershot branch, creating an additional one and a half storeys.
Las Iguanas
Strip out of old and inefficient hot water system, consult with clients on new system and install new commercial gas boiler and all associated new pipe-work, commission and test and instruct manager and staff on use of new system.
HMS Collingwood
To design and construct new partitioning to the restaurant area to section off games room, partitioning to incorporate multimedia screens and all associated wiring and multimedia cabling c/w new satellite dishes and receivers. Existing vinyl flooring stripped and floor prepared and laid with new Polyflor Strip Wood Effect Planking supplied and fitted by our own expert floor layers. Externally a new pathway was installed following careful excavation of the ground to the perimeter of the building providing all personnel a dedicated and safe means of access to the building. All works having to be completed to a very tight schedule during the shutdown period of the restaurant/games centre.
HMS Sultan
Meanwhile, for HMS Sultan, we installed a new vapour-proof and anti-corrosion lighting system as well as a new Sabiana fan-coil heating system for the Mechanics Training School: value £15,000.
First Choice Homes – Greater Manchester
Fire and smoke damage recovery, refurbishment and redecoration works to main stairwell and rooms off, to low rise social housing development.
Travelodge Hotels – Exeter 6 Storey Hotel
Repairs to main corridor floor that had dropped along one side by around 300mm due to poorly installed supporting joists, isolate and remove lighting and set aside for reuse, cut out ceiling along length of corridor below to expose joists, cut out defective joists and rebuild corridor with new joist, re-board ceiling with new plasterboard, skim and decorate to finish, refit lighting connect and test and leave all in good working order, all works carried out over a 2 day/night period due to importance of getting all rooms over two floors back online as quickly as possible.
Enterprise Plc – Oldham
Deep cleaning and sanitization of low rise social housing accommodation unit refuse chutes, repairs and replacement to plumbing to bin chambers, repairs and cleaning down of external stairwell windows and UPVC frames and fascias.
Poole County Council - Community Building
Supply and erect Heras Safety Fencing to form a compound around the work area, provide all site safety signage and welfare facilities. Erect all necessary access scaffolding and roof edge protection. Carry out all roofing repairs as per surveyors drawings and specifications, repairs and replacement as necessary to windows and doors c/w fitting of new glazing and door furniture, to redo all timber cladding with new UPVC profiles, fixings and cover strips as detailed in the scope of works, supply and install new Guttering, Hoppers and Downpipes as per site drawings and specification, to clear away all waste and debris from site, dismantle access scaffolding and roof edge protection, Heras Safety Fencing etc and leave site clean and tidy and ready for Civic Re-opening.
French Connection - Newcastle
Major refurbishment to include access scaffolding to complete external elevations to 14.0m high, complete overhaul and repairs to main high level slate roofs, strip felt flat roofs and redo with new Topseal GRP membrane, repairs to stone masonry external elevations, sash windows and complete external redecoration, cut out all rotten timber to main shop front and decorative cornice above, take pattern of mouldings and make up new profiles to match, following completion of new timber work, shop front to be completely redecorated, redo of lead-work and flashings, internal repairs to plaster walls and ceilings and redecorations, all works completed within schedule.
All this in addition to ongoing emergency response and reactive works for various retail clients, social housing and local authorities.
