Planned maintenance can reduce reactive maintenance calls since repairs are kept up to date and budgeting is simpler with one charge per store per month or a single charge per site visit. Paperwork can be kept to a minimum with one monthly invoice along with a copy of the schedule with job sheets available for all jobs upon request
